Dispatched from Sweden. Orders are packed and sent from Sweden, usually within one business day.
Delivery time. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days within Sweden and the EU. Orders outside Sweden may take a little longer, and you will see the estimate for your address at checkout.
Tracking. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have a question about a delivery, email us at support@thunderhoney.co.
Returns & refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. Give the ritual a genuine run. If it is not for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund, even if the pouch is empty.
How to start a return. Email support@thunderhoney.co and we will send a return shipping label with simple instructions. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.
Damaged or wrong item. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and email us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will make it right.
EU right to cancel. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the guarantee above.

Subscriptions ship on your chosen schedule with free shipping every time. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, or just email support@thunderhoney.co and we will take care of it.
